Refund policy

30-day return window
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because our products are personal skincare items, we are unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at qhondas21@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement or a full refund.

How to start a return
To start a return on an eligible (unopened, unused) item, contact us at qhondas21@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
